If you choose to continue with paid work, we agree the scope, deliverables, timescale and cost in writing before work begins.

The payment schedule and any project-specific terms will be set out in the proposal and Terms that apply to that work.

The proposal and Terms for paid work will set out the agreed scope, change process, payment stages and cancellation position before work begins.

If you ask to change the brief, we agree what the change means for the scope, timing and cost before additional work goes ahead.

If something delivered does not match the agreed scope, tell us and we will review it against the written agreement.
